TagBak provides a unique worldwide lost item recovery service tailored to valued items such as mobile phones, laptops and cameras. For the price of a tag customers can rest easy knowing that TagBak will take over if the tagged item is lost.
Once a lost item is found TagBak arranges to collect the item from the finder at a convenient location using our global courier service.
TagBak contacts the owner of a lost item whose details are stored securely on our servers against the unique tag ID. We arrange a convenient time and place for our courier to return the lost item, at home or office anywhere in the world.
WHERE DOES TAGBAK OPERATE?
TagBak offers a global recovery and return service which means if you lose an item in one country but live in another we can return it to you when it’s found.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY GADGET BACK?
The item is usually collected within 60 minutes from the finder in a secure TagBak container. Using our international courier service we aim to return lost items to their owners within 24 hours in the same country, returns to overseas destinations can take longer.
DOES THE FINDER GET A REWARD?
TagBak sends a reward to the finder for their honesty in reporting the lost item to us. The amount of the reward depends on the value of the item found.
